We are a group of individuals who work for Starbucks corporate across many different departments. We are known as “Support Partners” because our job is to support retail store partners and customers.

We are tired of Starbucks consistently showing up in the news in ways that fail to live up to the mission & values of the company. That is not the Starbucks we know and love.
Following the company values, we acted with courage by writing an open letter and petition, as well as creating this website. Our hope is that by speaking up, we can help Starbucks to once again be the company we know it can be.
